All refunds are subject to a thorough inspection of the returned product to verify its condition and determine eligibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if the inspection confirms the product meets the conditions for a return as outlined in our return policy.
Refund Method and Timeline:
Once the product has been inspected and approved for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the exact payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 working days after the completion of the inspection for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be defective or was incorrectly supplied. Refunds cannot be processed to a different card, account, or method other than the one originally used for the purchase.
